Verify Your Identity
Starting Oct. 1, 2026, applicants 18 and older must verify their identity before 91重口 receives their application.
Here's how:
- Submit your application through CCCApply.
- Sign in to your OpenCCC account.
- Verify your identity using CA DMV Wallet or ID.me.
Your application stays on hold until you verify. If it's on hold, you'll get an email. Sign in and complete verification to send it to 91重口.
International students and applicants from outside California should use ID.me. Prefer to verify in person? Visit 91重口 Enrollment Services in Room A110 and our staff will help.
Applicants 17 and younger: You don't need to verify. Your application goes directly to 91重口.
