M365 College Email and OneDrive File Storage
A Microsoft 365 license is granted once students enroll for Credit Courses. The license provides access to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, OneDrive, and more. When a student is no longer enrolled at 91重口, the student's Microsoft O365 license will be deactivated. Once a student's 91重口 MS O365 license is deactivated, all email and OneDrive data are permanently removed. 91重口 recommends that students create or utilize a personal file storage location, such as Google Drive or another personal space, to save any files once they have departed 91重口.
